Sabrina focuses on widening the Internet community’s participation in ICANN through engagement programs with various stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region. Before this, she specialized in Communications for the Singapore government. She served in this capacity for some 8 years in Singapore’s Ministry of Communications and Information, which included secondments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of National Development.

Sabrina holds an Honours degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore, and a graduate diploma in Mass Communications from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
