史書華是天下雜誌資深主編，同時負責數位敘事組與國際兩岸組。

她擅長使用科技輔助新聞報導，過去兩年也特別專注在國際事務報導，曾前往香港、越南、新加坡、波蘭、德國等地實地採訪，了解全球貿易和供應鏈的變遷。

工作之餘，她共同創辦Hacks/Hackers Taipei科技社群，並連續兩年擔任亞洲出版業協會卓越新聞獎（SOPA awards）與全球資料新聞競賽 Sigma Awards 的國際評審。2024年，她也入選為美國國家新聞基金會國際貿易研究員。

Silva Shih is the Managing Editor at CommonWealth Magazine in Taiwan, where she leads the Data Journalism and Foreign Affairs teams. She is passionate about cross-border stories and employs a data-driven approach to uncover hidden narratives, particularly in the areas of geopolitics and trade.

In the past two years, Silva has reported from China, Vietnam, Singapore, Poland, Germany, and Belgium. This extensive field experience has endowed her with a broad perspective on global issues. Her insightful reporting on geopolitical impacts has earned her prestigious recognitions, including the Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) awards for journalistic innovation, along with several notable local accolades.

Beyond her editorial duties, Silva co-founded the grassroots journalist community, Hacks/Hackers Taipei. She also serves as a judge for the SOPA awards and the Sigma Awards and holds a position as an International Trade Fellow with the National Press Foundation.
