本場次之規劃將深入探討台灣如何透過網路公民耕耘、策略性政策，以及積極的國際參與來培育網路公民，並逐步培養具有潛力的新一代人才，能實際參與全球網路治理架構中之組織。台灣在其現已完善發展的技術專長和創新能力下，能更進一步在網路治理的人才培育中，以長期規劃之策略性思考，討論台灣在深化網路公民素養及積極參與全球網路治理的最佳實踐策略；並在此實踐過程中，將強調網路公民耕耘、網路人才培育及參與國際網路治理架構，為我國在網路治理之永續發展及建立韌性的面向，以探討如何整合這些重點，以應對網路治理面臨的挑戰，確保台灣在變動的全球環境中能持續發揮影響力。

This session will deeply explore how Taiwan can foster Internet citizenship through strategic policy-making and proactive international participation. This session will look at the cultivation of promising new talent capable of engaging in global Internet governance frameworks. Under its well-developed technological expertise and innovation capabilities, Taiwan aims to further its role in nurturing talents for Internet governance through long-term strategic planning. The session will discuss best practices for enhancing netizens’ literacy and active involvement in global Internet governance, emphasizing the cultivation of Internet citizens, talent development, and participation in international frameworks. This approach aims to integrate key elements to address challenges in Internet governance, ensuring Taiwan’s continued influence in the changing global landscape.
