賴俞帆任職於臺灣首屈一指的網域名稱Registrar－「網路中文資訊股份有限公司」，曾協助臺灣唯一城市頂級網域「.taipei」的營運，負責ICANN政策施行之Registry、Registrar法遵與履約管理，以及企業網路維權工作。

自2015年起，長年參與ICANN政策制定研究工作，並於2021年起轉調子公司－「網中智庫股份有限公司」，推動全球CSAM跨境合作框架。

理性務實的法律人，實事求是的執行者。 賴俞帆為國立高雄科技大學科技法律碩士，專長包括：網路治理、國際網路政策與合作、法遵與履約管理、網路關鍵資源管理、智慧財產權、個人資料保護等。

Evonne has worked for Taiwan’s leading Domain Name Registrar – Net-Chinese Co., Ltd., assisted in the operation of Taiwan’s only City Top-Level Domain “.taipei”. She was responsible for the Registry, Registrar compliance, and contractual performance management of ICANN policy implementation, as well as corporate Internet rights protection.

Since 2015, Evonne has extensive experience participating in ICANN Policy Development and Research. In 2021, she transited to the subsidiary “NETalent Co., Ltd.”, leveraging her industry expertise to develop international collaboration frameworks addressing Internet Child Sexual Exploitation Abuse.

A legal professional with rationality and practicality. A doer of seeking truth from facts. Evonne holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology Law from National Kaohsiung University. Her expertise includes Internet governance, global Internet policy and collaboration, contractual compliance and management, Internet critical resource management, intellectual property rights and personal data protection, etc.
