紀廷運博士長期投入網路技術推廣、社群活動、技術研發.曾任電腦學會副理事長、TWNIC董事．目前服務於產業界，但持續參與ISOC、TWNOG、ISAROC資訊聯盟等網路與資訊社群活動．持續推動跨社群合作與共同尋找永續工作目標與模式。

紀廷運為國立臺灣大學電機所博士，專長包括：IPv6、物聯網、AIGC、科技組織商業模式與經營管理等。

Dr. TingYun Chi (Louk) has been dedicated to the promotion of internet technology, community activities, and technical research for a long time. He has served as the Vice Chairman of the Computer Society and a board member of TWNIC. Currently, he works in the industry but continues to participate in internet and information community activities such as ISOC, TWNOG, and ISAROC. He remains committed to promoting cross-community collaboration and continually seeks sustainable goals and models for cooperation.
