葉婉如教授為德國哥廷根大學法學博士，專長於民事財產法、工程契約法、政府採購法制、民事科技法、不動產法制、消費者保護法制等。葉教授近年致力於人工智慧科技治理與法律規範之探討，並在法律教學中結合大數據分析進行司法實證研究，在科技與法律之跨領域研究與教學上，卓有貢獻。

Professor Wan-Ju Yeh holds a dr. jur. from the University of Göttingen in Germany. Her areas of expertise include civil law, construction contract law, government procurement law, civil liability law of technology, real estate law, and consumer protection law. In recent years, Professor Yeh has focused on exploring the governance and legal regulation of artificial intelligence technology. She integrates big data analysis into legal education for judicial empirical research, making significant contributions to interdisciplinary research and teaching at the intersection of technology and law.
